Surprised!!

Last Saturday I joined Jon H's soumen party at his place. There were many Mitsubishi workers, and most of them were Japanese. But almost all my friends were gaijin. That was wired situation in Japan. (normal situation for me tho. haha) They prepared a lot of food and it was delicious!! From the table to the chair bent plastic sheets were set and a girl poured water into it. It was soumen-nagashi, good way to enjoy soumen. Nice idea!!

On Sunday I went to mandolin practice as usual, and Jon came there bringing a clarinet. I didn't know it right before the day. At the soumen party he told me he was going to join another orchestra to play a clarinet and showed me a mail from a member of his orchestra. I noticed I knew his name, so I asked the name of orchesta, but he didn't know, then I asked the song he was going to play. It was my orchestra's!!! I was so surprised. We are going to play music on the same stage!! WOW I'm excited. During the intermission of the practice I talked with him, so later my friends asked me "How did you know him?" "Did you talk with him in English?". haha Two different worlds conbined. It was funny.

After the practice I joined Makoto's English conversation club. Last time I joined I was so nervous to have a conversation there, but this time I was ok. I thought it was because I was not hungry. hehe After that we headed to izakaya. 5 Japanese and Jo was there. It was like "Japanese conversation club" for Jo. We had a good time.

My first lasagna

Last Sunday Jo organized lasagna party at Makoto's place, it was the first time to eat lasagna. It was nice!! Now I like it and my mother and brother also like Jojo's lasagna. I took some lasagna home and they had it. My brother couldn't stop to eat. hehe Thank you Jojo!!

Before I went to the party I joined our orchestra's practicing camp in Aioi. We played a mandline a lot, so I was already tired when I arrived at Makoto's place. So my face easily turend red after one tiny little caned beer. aww I was embarrassed. :(

Madonna's concert - I should have brought my camera!!

It was fantastic!! Last Saturday I went to Madonna's concert at Kyocera(Osaka) dome with Mariko, Avi and my friend Aiko. Our seats were nice. We could see whole stage from right side. But Mariko's friend christian seated in front of the stage that extended to the arena, and at the begining of the concert Madonna appeared just there!!! awwww I really envyed him!!

Opening- She appeared from a mirror ball!

During the concert I was thinking "Is she really 48 years old?" She danced sexily in all stage and her style was really nice. I think she is the only woman who can wear leotards well in that age. haha The stage was really nice. Dancers who performanced behind her were amazing. Sometime they looked like real animal and performanced passionately. I shouted "Sugoooi!!" a lot. I enjoyed singing and dancing. Before the day I printed out her lyrics and practice to sing new album's songs, so I could sing many songs. It was good.

One bad thing was that I didn't bring my camera. The ticket said you can't bring your camera into the hall, and I didn't want to be taken my camera from concert staff. But they didn't check our bag well, and I saw the notice "No using a flash." after I entered the hall.  We could take a picture!! I should have bring my camera!! I tried to take pictures with my cell phone, but it was not good. So I stole pictures from someone's blog. I think these angles are better than if I take from my seat. hehe

Osaka night again

Last Saturday night I went to Osaka to dance again. I met up with Shell, Kyoko, Jon and Julian in the train on our way to Osaka. I had a lot of energy at that time, I thought because of playing badminton. I played badminton with my colleagues before I went to Osaka. About 30 people came, I played for one and half hours. It was nice warming up for dancing and drinking!

We met up with Ben and his new friend Joji at Osaka station, then headed for Izakaya Julian booked. We had dinner in a nice room, we could see lights outside from the window. After that we headed for the clup Saza-e. That place was different from the club Pure we went last time. The building had four floors, 2nd floor had dance floor, 3rd floor had a bar and a wellhole, we could see downstairs and 4th floor has nice bar. First we went to 4th floor to have some drink, but we had to pay 3000 yen to charge our seats. It was too expencive! We gave up to drinking there and went back to 3rd floor. The atomosphere, people and music was also different from Pure. I know only two clubs, so I can't describe the difference well. I enjoyed drinking and dancing. The dance floor was packed, we couldn't have enough space to dance, but I was not so bad problem, I had a good time. This time I still had a lot of energy. I wasn't sleepy and not get sick. (hehehe) But the music stopped so early, it was still 3:30. The first train was at 5, I thought "What should we do here?!!" We went to first food restrant and spent rest of time. (There were many people, some of them were sleeping. I was surprised.) Then we got on the local train and went for Himeji. In the train suddenly I felt sleepy, I couldn't join girlie drinking morning, sorry Shell!! haha

On Sunday I couldn't do anything because of the fatigue and muscular pain. I didn't know it came from dancing or playing badminton, or both...  Oh, I need exercising.

Tennis, frisbee and fireworks

Last Saturday we played tennis at Tegara cort. I didn't play tennis for one year, so I was a bit nervous, but it was a nice time. First Shell and I had breakfast at the cort, then started warming up. After some guys showed up we played games. Jon and Ben was so good, Shell was also good. I hit a home run and the net caught my balls... I'll do my best next time.! After we had lunch at leaf, Shell, Ben and I went back to Shell's place and saw Shell's pictures about Austria. That was 3rd time for me in 24 hours. ( I saw it with her camera at tiger Friday night, then I saw again with PC at her place later.) So I could explain her pictures. Now I am a good guide about it.

In the evening Makoto organized a beach party at Fukudomari. It was closer to my house, I knew the place, but on our way there by car I lost my way twice!! Sorry Mitsubishi guys!! I usually come from different way, so...oh, it's a poor excuse. I should tell I have a BAD sense of direction. ( I think everyone already knows about it...)  The party was nice! Many people joined and had fun with BBQ and drinks. I invited my colleague Kyoko, we joined a frisbee game. It was the first time for us, so we didn't know its rules. And it was already dark, I couldn't recognize who was my team. It was hard but fun! Flying frisbee with light was cool! I enjoyed so much. After BBQ we enjoyed fireworks, then we went to coast to celebrate owner's birthday and have some drinks. It was fun night.

Next day Shell, Ben and I had lunch at Sushiro, then I went to practice a mandline (not mandarin) with my orchestra member. I was sooo tired, I was about to sleep during practicing. I wanted go back home and sleep, but my friends invited me to have dinner at izakaya, I joined. After dinner we enjoyed fireworks. It was at same place as last night! I came back again!! haha We had many toy fireworks (senko hanabi), after we enjoyed it our hands smelled so smorky. I was sleepy but I spend good time with my friends.
