    turned into quiet weekend

This weekend I was littel sick. I had a sore throat because of my colleague who was coughing without covering her mouth next to my desk. I had to teach her and had lunch with her, so I couldn't escape whole day. She started coughing from Tuseday, I gave her a mask, but finally I had a sore throat. Jo, Shell, kanako, Jon, Ben, I and other guys was planning to go clubing in Osaka thie Saturday, but I was sick and Kanako had mastle's ache, it was also cold and raining, so Jo and Shell decided to reschedule. I knew everyone was looking forward to having fun. So sorry!!!

Instead of going to Osaka I went to Jo and Jennifers place with Kanako. 4 of us are always together at our English school, but this was the first time to spend whole night with only 4 of us. And I didnt notice that I hadnt stayed there for a long time. Last time I stayed there Brady and Mariko was still there, it was in spring. Wow, long long time ago. We talked with drinking wine and watching Sound of music. One of the fun time was that we described each others positive and negative points with one adjective. I got neutral and another word which I forgot, but it meaned that I didnt decide anything for a negative point. I agreed with them. Its true among our friends, but Im a completely different person at work. I decide many things by my self, say yes or no quickly and clealy and say bad points straightly, of course with similing. ( I thing this is very Chiichan.) Some old men scared me. Oh, sounds not pretty. Hehe Can you imagine? I think I relaxed too much with my friends. I should mix my personality sometimes.

After long night, my throat got worse than before, and today I took a day off. Too bad. I hope it will be better tomorrow.

    Birthday & Farewell

Last weekend started with my colleagues. On Friday one of my "douki"("douki" means colleagues who entered a company at the same time, specially by recruting.)  who works in Tokyo came here for a business trip, we hadn't met her for 5 years, so we had a party. She is a secretary of our company's boss, and she is a beautiful, cute and nice girl. Normally there are half of my douki when we have a party, but this time almost all of them came to the party to see her. Needless to say most of them were men. It was bigger than year-end party. Oh boys!!!

Saturday was Kyoko's birthday. We had a party at Zebra, it was so nice. We had wine and huge dinner, some of us gave up eating, but at my table Koki, Ryuji, Shell and I kept eating. It was delicious, but I was full and couldn't eat anything after dinner. We went to Tiger after that and celebrated Kyoko with birthday cheese instead of a cake. That night I was so tired and couldn't keep drinking. I hang around outside for chilling out and went to a parking lot to take my stuff from my car. And I felt asleep in my car, for 1 hour!! I woke up with a call from Jo. OMG! Was it the sign that I am too old to stay up late?? ashamed.

Sunday was Mariko, Tamas, Stan, Mario and Christian's farewell party. It started around 1 pm, but I woke up at 12 pm at shell's place. I had to go back home first, so I joined a party at 4 pm. It was a picnic in front of a castle, nice but getting cold, we couldn't stay there, so we moved to karaoke. Many people came to the party, so karaoke was also big. I hadn't seen such a large room at jankara. I met up with Jennifer and Kanako and 3 hung over people went to Hosanna to have dinner. Then we went to Tiger to say goodby to Mariko. Usually I feel so sad when I say goodby to my friends who is leaving from Japan. This time was slightely different. I was sad, but she is young and has her family here, and she is my imouto, I thought we could meet again sometime, somewhere. Kelly said "One door close, then one door open". ( I heared so, maybe I have a mistake of its grammer.) I don't like saying goodby to my good friend, but we should go to our own way. We could have fun at different place. I'm looking forward to hearing new experiences. Bye bye Mariko, have a great time in your new university life.

    Tokyo

4 strangers in Tokyo was so much fun. I went to Tokyo with Mariko, Kanako and Jennifer last weekend.

The start of our trip was not so good. We got on a night bus in Osaka Friday night and arrived in Tokyo, in front of Shinjuku station, at 6 am! It was freezing, no shop opened. There was nothing to do in such early morning! We barely had time to sleep in a bus, so we wanted to take a rest somewhere. We went down a street and found McDonalds! But it was under reconstruction, there were only few seats, we had some coffee and got warm at a tiny tiny space.

Jennifer had a good idea to see a fish market in Tsukiji. It is one of the biggest fish market in the world. People starts to work there from 3 or 4 am. We got there at 8, bidding thing was over, but they were still working in the booth. It was so interesting place, we could see big frozen tuna cutting by fisherman, sea cucumber, seaweed, shells and many unknown fishes. We ate sashimi-donburi there, it was deliciouse but heavy for us, and we realized it was still at 9 in the morning. So big breakfast. haha

After that we went to the main place of this trip, Ghibli museum in Mitaka. I love Ghibli movies! Mariko and I dicided to go there in last spring, and finally we did it right before she left from Japan. The museum was so pretty place, we could meet all characters there. I liked reading contimuity of those movies, and I could know that Totoro was impressed or get happy at some scene. We had nice time. But I had 2 disappointing things. One was that the shop was not so big, I couldnt get much stuff, and the other was that we couldnt see the movie Mei and Koneko-bus. It seemed to be so good. We should go there again!!

We went to Asakusa afterward, Jennifer didnt come to Ghibli museum, she explored Tokyo by herself for a while, so Mariko, Kanako and I met up with her there. Then we went to a hotel to take a rest for going out. I booked a cheap hotel, the rooms were single rooms and had 2 beds in each rooms. I thought it was better than sleeping on a semi-double bed with 2 people. So I told them the room was sooo small before, they knew it, but when Jennifer saw the room, she laughed out loud because it was too small. haahaa sorry!

We went out to Roppongi. To have fun there was also our main plan. It was so crazy place, half of the people on the street were forigners, some girls wore no sleeve tops and mini skirts in winter, and many shops including starbucks opened in the midnight. We thought we could fun, but it was hard in the place we didnt know well. We went to some clubs, but one had a party at another place, and another place was packed, we couldnt move there, Too bad.

Next day Mariko and I went to an organic restrant in Saitama, near Tokyo. It was Marikos idea, so nice place. We had bargers and cakes there. I liked it! Beautiful day, pretty scenery, neat and posh countryside. It was a nice short trip from Tokyo. We went back to a busy city, Shibuya and met up with my younger brother who lived in Chiba. Mariko said we were not look like sister and brother. After she left and I met up Kanako and Jennifer, they also said same thing. Everybody says same thing, and we agree with it. hehe 4 of us had dinner at funny izakaya. It was like a theme park, and the theme was The Arabian Nights! We were so excited, people who worked there were in special costumes and each booth had lovely cartains, but our booth was not good, it had a emargercy lodder without cartains. It was not an Arabian world! CIMG2692

We left from Tokyo in the midnight. We also slept in a night bus, but this time we were so tired, we felt asleep in a short time. It was a nice trip. Thanks guys!
